The general steps involved in a wet granulation process are : 1. The powdered ingredients are weighed and mixed intimately by geometric dilution. 2. The granulating solution or binder is prepared. 3. The powders and the granulation solution are kneaded to proper consistency. 4. The wet mass is forced through a screen or wet granulator. 5. The granules are dried in an oven or a fluidized bed dryer. 6. The dried granules are screened to a suitable size for compression. 7. A lubricant and a disintegrating agent are mixed with the granulation. 8. The granulation is compressed into the finished tablet. 2, record 2, English, - wet%20granulation

3, record 2, French, - granulation%20par%20voie%20humide

Dry granulation converts primary powder particles into granules using the application of pressure without the intermediate use of a liquid. It therefore avoids heat-temperature combinations that might cause degradation of the product. Two pieces of equipment are necessary for dry granulation: first, a machine for compressing the dry powders into compacts or flakes, and secondly a mill for breaking up these intermediate products into granules. 2, record 3, English, - dry%20granulation

Blow heat evaporators typically take the form of a two-effect system in which flash steam (or hot condensate from the accumulator) is used as the heating medium for the first effect and vapors from the first effect are used as the heating medium in the second effect. Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) raises vapor temperature through mechanical compression so that it can be re-used as the heating medium for evaporation .... Thermal recompression methods utilize high-pressure steam to entrain low-pressure vapor so that the resultant mixture (at intermediate pressure) can be used as the heat source for evaporation. 1, record 7, English, - mechanical%20vapor%20recompression

1, record 7, French, - recompression%20m%C3%A9canique%20de%20la%20vapeur
