While Canadians struggle with the cost of living, there are some businesses that fail to pay compensation rightfully owed to their workers—this is called wage theft. 2, record 2, French, - vol%20de%20salaire

The A[star] algorithm is a best-first search method. It means that the algorithm simultaneously contains several paths which may all be candidates for the shortest path. At any time, it selects the most promising node (best-first) at a time for expansion, and incorporates the successor nodes into the search graph. The criterion for evaluation is the length of the path from start to the node plus the estimate of the remaining distance (cost). The theory says that if the remaining estimate is an underestimate, the first solution will be optimal. 3, record 3, English, - A%5Bstar%5D%20search%20algorithm

The RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM) includes three identical Earth observation satellites and is a paradigm shift from previous RADARSAT missions. Instead of launching a single large, multi-year operations satellite, the capabilities of the system will be distributed across several small satellites, increasing revisit, and introducing a more robust, flexible system that can be maintained at lower cost and launched into orbit using less expensive launch vehicles. 1, record 4, English, - RADARSAT%20Constellation%20Mission

1, record 4, French, - mission%20de%20la%20Constellation%20RADARSAT

The Statistics Canada Survey is a triennial survey that focuses on small businesses, given their importance to the Canadian economy and the challenges they face in complying with information obligations stemming from government regulations. The survey has two primary objectives. The government seeks to: improve understanding of how small businesses comply with information obligations stemming from government regulations and the cost of compliance; and establish a baseline measure of the compliance costs imposed on small businesses against which government can benchmark its progress in lessening the burden. 1, record 8, English, - Survey%20of%20Regulatory%20Compliance%20Costs

1, record 8, French, - Enqu%C3%AAte%20sur%20le%20co%C3%BBt%20de%20la%20conformit%C3%A9%20%C3%A0%20la%20r%C3%A9glementation
