Dependency, in its most basic sense, refers to a reliance on a particular substance to function normally. This reliance may be driven by a physical need, wherein the body has adapted to the presence of the substance and requires it to avoid withdrawal symptoms. More broadly, it can also involve a psychological element, where the individual feels unable to cope without the substance, leading to a sense of attachment and habituation. 3, record 1, English, - dependence

A real estate bubble or property bubble ... is a type of economic bubble that occurs periodically in local or global real estate markets. It is characterized by rapid increases in the valuations of real property such as housing until they reach unsustainable levels relative to incomes and other economic indicators, followed by decreases that can result in many owners holding negative equity (a mortgage debt higher than the value of the property). 2, record 16, English, - real%20estate%20bubble

The expectancy–value theory addresses whether or not children desire to participate in an activity and how much effort they are prepared to put into the activity. Thus, the theory consists of 2 major components, expectancy beliefs and subjective task values. Precisely, the level of persistence and performance in the activity is determined by their beliefs about how well they will perform the activity and values they attach to the activity. Beliefs about ability are defined as an individual's beliefs about competence in performing or learning different achievement tasks and probability for success at a specific task. 1, record 26, English, - expectancy%20belief

3, record 57, French, - m%C3%A9ditation

It may be seen in people without mental disorder, particularly in situations in which they are distracted or fatigued. Illogical thinking has psychopathological significance only when it is marked, as in the examples noted below, and when it is not due to cultural or religious values or to an intellectual deficit. Markedly illogical thinking may lead to, or result from, a delusional belief, or may be observed in the absence of a delusion. Examples: A patient explained that she gave her family IBM cards, which she punched, in an effort to improve communication with them. Another patient stated: Parents are the people that raise you. Parents can be anything-material, vegetable, or mineral-that has taught you something. A person can look at a rock and learn something from it, so a rock is a parent." The Pentecostal Church began in 1901 at a Bethel Bible College in Topeka, Kansas, when preacher Charles Fox Parham decided to take a new approach to religion. He felt that the Church needed revival through the Holy Spirit ... Through evangelism and Parham's use of faith healing, the number of Pentecostals increased over the years to become one of the largest Protestant denominations in the world. Pentecostal congregation sin Canada are affiliated with one of two international organizations, the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada or the United Pentecostal Church International ... Pentecostal theology is derived from earlier British perfectionist and charismatic movements, including the Methodist movement, the Catholic Apostolic movement and Britain's Keswick Higher Life movement. Pentecostal doctrine was particularly influenced by John Wesley, the founder of Methodism who developed the doctorine of the second blessing, or baptism in which the Holy Spirit brings spiritual power and inner cleansing to the recipient. In Pentecostal belief, baptism in the Holy Spirit is evident when a person begins to speak in tongues. 1, record 71, English, - Pentecostal%20Church

1, record 71, French, - %C3%89glise%20pentec%C3%B4tiste

The Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA) is a professional farmers' union organization. Its main purpose and its action are based on values: respect for the individual, solidarity, collective action, social justice, fairness, democracy. In compliance with these values, the chief mission of the UPA is to promote, defend and develop the professional, economic, social and moral interests of Québec's farm producers, without distinction as to race, nationality, gender, language or beliefs. In addition, in constant interaction with all of Québec society, the UPA helps improve living conditions of rural communities at the social, economic and cultural levels. Finally, the UPA recognizes that Québec agriculture exists within the context of global interactions and, consequently, that it can associate with the collective action of farm producers groups in Canada and elsewhere in the world. The Union catholique des cultivateurs (UCC) became the Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA) in 1972. 3, record 76, English, - Union%20des%20producteurs%20agricoles
