The "glymphatic system" has two primary purposes: one purpose is to serve as a waste clearance system critical for tissue homeostasis and the second is to distribute nonwaste compounds (glucose, lipids, amino acids, and neurotransmitters) to the brain. The glymphatic system moves excess fluid and interstitial solutes from the CSF [cerebrospinal fluid] to the interstitial fluid (ISF) and the vascular system. The glymphatic system is composed of three parts: a paravenous ISF clearance route, a para-arterial CSF influx route, and a trans-parenchymal component that is dependent on astroglial water transport. 3, record 1, English, - glymphatic%20system

Principe du concept d’étanchéité : terrassement-génie civil; géotextile de protection(anti-poinçonnant) ;géospaceur(drainage des eaux et des gaz) ;géomembrane(EPDM, PEHD, PP) ;géogrille(pour végétalisation éventuelle). 3, record 44, French, - dispositif%20d%26rsquo%3B%C3%A9tanch%C3%A9it%C3%A9%20par%20g%C3%A9omembrane

The application of geotextiles for prefabricated drains. Until the seventies, vertical drainage systems were mainly being applied in the form of sand drains. This method consisted of forming holes in the ground by means of water jets in combination with drills or bailers, until the desired depth was reached. These holes were then filled with sand..... Nowadays there are many brands and types of drains available. These can be roughly divided into the following groups: Non-woven drains.... Composite drains.... Aquatic weeds can be grouped by the following categories: algae, and emersed, floating, submersed and marginal (shoreline) weeds. Algae are green, stringy mats, sometimes called "pond scum". Algae are primitive plants without leaves, stems or roots. Emersed aquatic weeds generally are rooted in the soil, with part of the plant growing above the water surface. ... Floating aquatic weeds are seed-bearing plants that float freely on the surface of the water or have leaves that float on the surface, connected by long stems to roots in the lake bottom. Submersed aquatic weeds are rooted in the soil and the entire plant is under the surface of the water. Some submersed aquatic weeds have flowers that emerge above the water surface. Marginal aquatic weeds can be herbaceous or woody and grow around the margins of the water.
