The Branch Services Division (BSD) is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and providing a wide range of Branch administrative services. These services include: accommodations; business continuity planning; long-term capital planning; temporary parking permits; security; health and safety; ministerial and executive correspondence; technical end-user and applications development services including scientific applications; and information management. The BSD processes recommendations for all grants and contributions and negotiates with the Translation Bureau for its services for the Branch.

Direction des services de la gestion et des programmes-Agence de santé publique du Canada. La Division des services de la Direction générale(DSDG) planifie, met en œuvre, contrôle et dispense un large éventail de services administratifs au sein de la Direction générale : aménagement des locaux, planification de la continuité des opérations, planification des dépenses d’immobilisation à long terme, permis de stationnement temporaires, sécurité de l'immeuble, santé et sécurité au travail, correspondance ministérielle et correspondance de la haute direction, soutien technique à destination des usagers et développement d’applications, comprenant le domaine scientifique, et la gestion de l'information. La DSDG assure le traitement des recommandations touchant aux subventions et aux contributions et négocie avec le Bureau de la traduction des conventions de services de traduction pour l'ensemble de la Direction générale.
