Currently known as fast track staffing, E-Staffing is a new, streamlined and more efficient way of processing selected civilian staffing actions such as short-term acting, casual, assignment, secondment, and non-advertised deployment. Through E-Staffing, a new system, called HR Request, available in HRMS [Human Resources Management System] 8.9 is implemented across the country ... that will help hiring managers fill out a request electronically, while having access to clear, consistent and upfront instructions on a website available to all.
