Después se pasan a otra máquina despellejadora y posteriormente a otra máquina evisceradora, quedando el cuerpo limpio, sin aletas, ni cabeza, ni piel y sin vísceras, de tal modo que solamente se pasa al congelado, glaceo y empaquetado.
