The non-simultaneous, uncontrolled and highly irregular detonation of all or some of the HE [high explosive] components of nuclear weapons. Security Monitoring Room. (1) Every licensee shall monitor all of the devices required by these Regulations from a security monitoring room, access to which is controlled by the licensee. Every inner area shall be located within a protected area ...
