Blueprint For The Future (BFF) is a series of one-day career fairs held in two different Canadian cities each year. These fairs were designed for Aboriginal youth from grades 10 to 12 to increase the awareness of employment opportunities and associated training requirements in diverse sectors of the Canadian workforce. At each fair, the National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation organizes more than 1,200 and 1,600 Aboriginal youth from across a given province to attend presentations by up to 100 business leaders (both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal), as well as the recipients and national jury of the National Aboriginal Achievement Awards.

Feu Vert pour l'Avenir est une série de journées-carrières destinées aux jeunes élèves autochtones des années scolaires 10 à 12. Chaque année, la Fondation nationale des réalisations autochtones permet à de 1 200 à 1 600 jeunes Autochtones de l'une des provinces d’assister à des séances animées par une centaine de leaders du monde des affaires(Autochtones et non-Autochtones). Y figurent aussi les titulaires et le jury des Prix nationaux d’excellence décernés aux autochtones. Feu Vert pour l'Avenir, c'est une journée-carrières tenue chaque année dans une ville canadienne servant à sensibiliser les jeunes sur les perspectives d’emploi et la formation qui en est requise dans divers secteurs du marché du travail canadien.
