The navel chakra can be found between the navel and the bottom of the rib cage. The parts of the body affected are the navel, small intestine, pancreas, gall bladder, digestive system, kidney and the liver. This chakra is in charge of a person’s sense of self, where your self-esteem and will power come from. It is sometimes shown as meaning fire, and has aspects of powers that let a person "burn" out the pessimistic aspects of the past and achieve the power to rule and direct your life effectively. It can also help a person learn to meditate and cleanse their spirit from negative thoughts that sometimes cause us to take actions that we later regret. This chakra is a fire element and so it is related to feelings of being thirsty or hungry, or being tired. 4, record 22, English, - navel%20chakra

5, record 22, French, - chakra%20du%20plexus%20solaire

Gyroscopic precession ... When force is applied to a gyro, the device reacts as if the force had been applied at a point 90 degrees from the point of actual application, in the direction of rotation. Precession affects propellers, which act like gyros, and gyro instruments. Its principle effect is on the heading indicator, which tends to drift over time. 8, record 27, English, - precessional%20motion

A gyroscope will not only resist being moved out of its vertical position, it will also generate force as it attempts to travel in large, circular patterns. These patterns are most easily seen with a spinning top. As the top begins losing its energy, it never simply spirals straight down in the same direction that it was originally spinning. As it destabilizes, it will always begin slowly rotating or precessing in a slow, even circle that is in the opposite direction to its normal spinning motion. These circular patterns are known as "precessional" motions, and they are another aspect of a gyroscope's movement that will occur either in air or in a vacuum and can be used to overcome gravity. 9, record 27, English, - precessional%20motion

If an airplane changes suddenly from a nose up to a nose down position, as is the case during the take-off roll in a tail wheel airplane, the airplane will yaw sharply to the left as the pilot shoves the wheel forward to raise the tail. The application of right rudder compensates for the precession tendency. 7, record 27, English, - precessional%20motion

3, record 41, French, - direction

The best core exercises include more than just lots of abdominal training. Although many people think of the core as a nice six-pack, or strong, toned abs, the truth is that the abdominal muscles are a very small part of the "core." The abs have very limited and specific action, and what experts refer to as the "core" actually consists of many different muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis, and run the entire length of the torso. When these muscles contract, they stabilize the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle and create a solid base of support. 7, record 48, English, - core%20exercise

Record number: 52, Textual support number: 1 CONT

2, record 66, French, - th%C3%A9rapie%20%C3%A9nerg%C3%A9tique

The axle [of the gyroscope] is contained within a pivoting frame containing two or three gimbaled rings set at right angles to the axle and to each other. When the flywheel is caused to spin (by a string in a toy, or, in a navigational instrument, by electricity or air jets), it develops what is called rotational inertia. As a consequence of that inertia, a force applied to tilt the axle will lead to a counter-reaction transferred to the gimbaled rings that is determined by the amount of the tilting force. 2, record 84, English, - counter%2Dreaction%20device

There is one other indicator that the earth is rotating in space. The fact that low pressure regions spin with an anticlockwise motion in the Southern hemisphere, yet in the Northern hemisphere (the high pressure regions) spin with an anticlockwise motion and vice versa raises the question as to what force is being exerted on these winds. Studies of rotating bodies show there is an apparent Coriolis acceleration, which acts sideways on moving objects. Only a Coriolis type acceleration seems to explain the earth's winds and this could only occur if the earth rotates. The fact that the wind direction is always constant is evidence of the earth's consistent rotation. 2, record 85, English, - apparent%20Coriolis%20acceleration

2, record 89, French, - %C3%A9nergie%20potentielle%20d%26rsquo%3Binteraction
