3, record 27, French, - %C3%A9preuve%20du%20feu

The amount of oil pressure directed to the actuator is controlled by two separate controllers: the density controller and the differential pressure controller. The density controller senses the temperature and pressure of the airflow in the engine intake. The differential pressure controller senses the difference between engine manifold pressure and the air pressure between the compressor and the throttle valve. When fully open, the waste gate valve routes the exhaust flow directly out the tailpipe, away from the turbine wheel. When fully closed, the waste gate valve routes the exhaust flow through the turbine wheel, thereby driving the turbine. During most stages of operation the controllers modulate the position of the valve to drive the turbine at the speed required to meet the engine power selection. The system is designed to work with no input from the pilot. 1, record 34, English, - density%20controller

1, record 34, French, - r%C3%A9gulateur%20de%20densit%C3%A9

In 1965, India and Pakistan again went to war over disputed territory. Initially, the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) was expected to separate the forces and observe any ceasefire arrangement. But the fighting spread beyond UNMOGIP's area (the state of Jammu and Kashmir), and a second force, the United Nations India-Pakistan Observation Mission (UNIPOM), had to be created solely to supervise the ceasefire along those additional border regions. India and Pakistan then agreed to stop fighting and began to withdraw their soldiers. Early in 1966, all withdrawals were complete and UNIPOM's mission ended, which again left UNMOGIP as the only observer mission in the area. 2, record 51, English, - United%20Nations%20India%2DPakistan%20Observation%20Mission

2, record 51, French, - Mission%20d%26rsquo%3Bobservation%20des%20Nations%20Unies%20pour%20l%26rsquo%3BInde%20et%20le%20Pakistan

The Unified Task Force (UNITAF) was the American-led effort to bring humanitarian assistance to Somalia. This mission, although it was not UN endeavor, was authorized by Chapter VII of the UN Charter to use "all necessary means" to create a secure environment that would allow the humanitarian agencies to deliver food and general relief in Somalia. UNITAF was also tasked to promote national reconciliation and economic reconstruction of the country. The mission consisted of a four phase program, the last phase being the transfer of responsibilites to UNOSOM in April 1992. 5, record 52, English, - United%20Nations%20Operation%20in%20Somalia

At low concentrations (when only long-range coulombic forces need to be considered) the effect on a given reaction is determined only by the ionic strength of the solution and not by the chemical identity of the ions. For practical purposes, this concentration range is roughly the same as the region of validity of the Debye-Huckel limiting law for activity coefficients. At higher concentrations, the effect of an added electrolyte depends also on the chemical identity of the ions. Such specific action can usually be interpreted as the incursion of reaction paths involving an ion of the electrolyte as reactant or catalyst, in which case the action is not properly to be regarded just as a kinetic electrolyte effect. 1, record 58, English, - kinetic%20electrolyte%20effect

1, record 58, French, - effet%20cin%C3%A9tique%20d%26rsquo%3B%C3%A9lectrolytes
