One of the main Canadian camps.

Camp Ziouani is located on the Golan Heights, in the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) mission area. The Camp is situated approximately 50km NE of tiberias, a city on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, 200km NE of Tel Aviv, Israel and approximately 65km SW of Damascus, Syria. The Camp, which serves as a base for three of the UNDOF units, is hared between the Canadian, Polish and Japanese Contingents and is located in Israeli occupied Syria.

L'honorable Art Eggleton, ministre de la Défense nationale, et le 1Gén Bill Leach, chef d’état-major de l'Armée de terre, devraient participer aux activités commémoratives qui auront lieu au camp Ziouani, sur le plateau du Golan, entre le 6 et le 8 avril 1999.
