The Canadian Tuberculosis Committee (CTC) mandate is to provide scientifically based advice to the Centre for Infectious Disease Prevention and Control (CIDPC) on Canadian strategies and priorities with respect to Tuberculosis Prevention and Control, Public Health Agency of Canada; to provide a forum to address issues of common concern related to provincial/territorial tuberculosis control programs in order to enhance tuberculosis surveillance and control activities in Canada.
