Recombinant DNA (rDNA) molecules are DNA sequences that result from the use of laboratory methods (molecular cloning) to bring together genetic material from multiple sources, creating sequences that would not otherwise be found in biological organisms. Recombinant DNA is possible because DNA molecules from all organisms share the same chemical structure; they differ only in the sequence of nucleotides within that identical overall structure. Therefore, when DNA from a foreign source is linked to host sequences that can drive DNA replication and then introduced into a host organism, the foreign DNA is replicated along with the host DNA. 2, record 3, English, - recombinant%20DNA

Mutations of CBP has recently been discovered to be responsible for cases of heritable Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome, an autosomal-dominant disorder which causes mental retardation and a predisposition to several forms of cancers. Further, transposition of CBP, which fuses the histone acetyl transferase domain of CBP to MOZ gene has been found in acute myeloid leukemia. The above two observations suggest that p300 and CBP may be tumor suppressor genes. 1, record 6, English, - MOZ%20gene

Differential Display is a powerful technique for identifying and isolating genes that display modulation under a given stimulus or environmental perturbation. The DDRT-PCR Kit from Display Systems Biotech provides a comprehensive protocol and complete set of reagents to perform this process in your own lab. Despite the widespread acceptance of the DDRT-PCR Kit as a gene discovery tool, the protocols remain labor-intensive and can take several weeks to obtain the desired results. Because Display Systems Biotech performs DDRT-PCR on a routine basis you can save time and avoid pitfalls inherent in the complex procedure (that often lead to a high level of false positives) by allowing us to perform the procedure for you; we guarantee results. 3, record 7, English, - differential%20display%20reverse%20transcriptase%2DPCR

1, record 7, French, - m%C3%A9thode%20de%20criblage%20diff%C3%A9rentiel%20par%20PCR
