Autrefois, on appelait choléra nostras, ou choléra morbus, une gastro-entérite aiguë, provoquée en général par une intoxication due à des aliments infectés, le plus souvent par des germes du genre Salmonella. Elle se manifeste par des vomissements, des crampes abdominales et une diarrhée. Grain founder is caused by ingestion of greater quantities of grain than can be tolerated by the horse...
