Tertiary tests are in vivo manifestations of a primary interaction between antigen and antibody. Examples include skin testing and provocative challenge. These tests are most useful to the clinician, as they correlate well with clinical disease and test an intact organism. Caution must be exercised in interpreting tertiary tests because many nonimmunologic variables can affect the results. 1, record 2, English, - tertiary%20test

Réactions tertiaires(in vivo) :hémolyse intravasculaire, anaphylaxie, réaction d’Arthus. 1, record 2, French, - r%C3%A9action%20tertiaire
