2, record 14, French, - %C3%A9rythrocyte%20%C3%A0%20spicules

5-oxoprolinuria is a metabolic, disorder caused by an inborn error of glutathione metabolism. It is characterized by excretion of massive amounts of 5-oxoproline (pyroglutamic acid) in the urine, and abnormally high levels of this acid in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid. The disorder is caused by a deficiency of the enzyme glutathione synthetase. Functioning of the central nervous system is impaired. High acidity levels in the blood and body tissues (metabolic acidosis) usually occur. 1, record 20, English, - pyroglutamic%20acid

1, record 41, French, - autoanticorps%20froid

If a positive Coombs test develops during methyldopa therapy, the physician should determine whether hemolytic anemia exists and whether the positive Coombs test may be a problem. For example, in addition to a positive direct Coombs test there is less often a positive indirect Coombs test which may interfere with cross-matching of blood. 1, record 43, English, - indirect%20Coombs%20test

1, record 43, French, - %C3%A9preuve%20indirecte%20de%20Coombs
