Arthrite post-traumatique. Un choc ou un traumatisme sur une articulation déclenchera souvent un épanchement séro-sanguin qui, s’il est important, devra être ponctionné avec une aseptie rigoureuse pour éviter la survenue d’une arthrite septique.
