In construing a will, the aim of the Court of construction should be to determine the precise disposition of the property intended by the testator. The Court should attempt to ascertain, if possible, the testator's actual or subjective intent as opposed to an objective intent presumed by law. The Court should not be concerned with a hypothetical or reasonableman standard, but with the meaning that the particular testator attached to the words used in his will. 2, record 1, English, - court%20of%20construction

1, record 1, French, - cour%20d%26rsquo%3Binterpr%C3%A9tation

Indirect contempts, sometimes called "constructive" contempts, arise from events taking place outside of the court and which tend to obstruct or defeat the administration of justice. For example, the failure to obey a lawful court order (such as a subpoena) could be punished by a court after a hearing to determine what took place. 2, record 6, English, - indirect%20contempt

2, record 6, French, - outrage%20indirect
