Progressive lenses (also called "no-line bifocals") offer a continuous, gradual change in prescription strength from the lower (reading correction) to the upper (distance correction) portion of the eyeglass lens, providing correction for all distances. Progressives lenses derive their name from the fact that they have progressively more "add" power from the top to the bottom of the lens. In a sense, progressives are bifocals or trifocals without the lines. 3, record 2, English, - progressive%20addition%20lens

5, record 2, French, - verre%20%C3%A0%20foyer%20progressif

Record number: 3, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Tumors of the urinary collecting system (renal calyces, pelvis, ureter, bladder, and urethra). Since the entire urinary collecting system from renal pelvis to urethra is lined with transitional epithelium, its epithelial tumors assume similar morphologic patterns. They range from small benign papilloma to large invasive cancers. Large papillomas may develop, usually in the bladder, ranging from 1 to 3 cm in diameter. In these, the epithelium is generally somewhat atypical, with some variability in cell and nuclear size and some disarray in the cells' normal relationships to one another. It is this pattern that is called by some "an atypical transitional cell papilloma", whereas others call it a transitional cell carcinoma. 2, record 3, English, - urothelial%20papilloma

A multifocal lens is a lens that contains two or more different powers or corrections. The most common multifocal lenses are bifocals (two powers) and trifocals (three powers). Quadrafocals, which are four different powers in one lens, are prescribed for special purposes. Another type of multifocal lens, the progressive additional lens, is designed to provide clear vision from far to reading distance without break or interruption. They contain no dividing lines between the different viewing sections. 3, record 4, English, - multifocal%20lens
