1, record 12, French, - formation%20bas%C3%A9e%20sur%20les%20comp%C3%A9tences%20attendues

A column drier is equipped with one or more unobstructed columns through which grain falls by gravity. The columns are about 30 centimetres apart and are sheathed on either side by perforated screens or wire mesh which retain the grain but permit passage of air. On one side of each column, space is allowed for air entry and on the other side, air is discharged. Hot air passes across the column at the top of the drier, drying grain as it falls. In a similar manner, cool air passes across the bottom of the column to cool the grain. Some energy conservation has been achieved by recirculating part of the "spent" hot air which has passed through the heating section. 1, record 18, English, - column%20drier

3, record 23, French, - pression%20osmotique
Record number: 23, Textual support number: 1 CONT
4, record 23, French, - pression%20osmotique

Shake, Rattle & Roll Poster. ... Rattle: ... Even though there are no sounds in the vacuum of space, it is very noisy inside the International Space Station. A lot of the noise comes from the rattling and creaking of fans and events. Student Activity: Acquire a large, clean empty cardboard box (top or bottom removed), big enough to fit easily and comfortably over a person's head, leaving ample room for ventilation. Sit the box on the floor or table, open side down, and tap or scratch lightly on the outside of the box using only your hands. Next, place the box over your head and repeat the procedure. Comment on the loudness of the sounds you hear. Relate this to conditions inside the International Space Station. Student Challenge: Acquire a simple, inexpensive household fan. In Spanish there are at least 18 possible ways of translating the generic English term "hole". In tennis, only 2 of the terms are used. The term "agujero", used in many subject fields other than in tennis, refers more often than not to a small hole that usually goes right through an object as in the phrase "un agujero en el pantalón". "Hueco", on the other hand, usually alludes to a hole in the shape of a shaft, tunnel or more specifically in tennis, an alley or lane. Moreover phraseological units containing either of the two terms are not interchangeable. Hence the two terms are very close synonyms but not perfect synonyms. See the usage samples below. Note also that in English the term "opening" may also have different meanings: 1) an opportunity to break even or break ahead 2) a spot on the court that is not being covered by one's opponent. 1, record 26, English, - hole

[This stitch] must be worked evenly and closely, with no loose top edge. Work from right to left and bring the thread through at right end of the upper line, pass it to the left and hold down with the left thumb. Insert the needle into the upper line a short distance from where it first emerged and bring it out on the lower line with the thread under the needle point. Draw the needle throught the loop and, using the head of the needle, pass it under the top edge of the stitch. (A Complete Guide to Embroidery, P. The Rosette Chain is a decorative line stitch, based on the Twisted Chain. Its texture is good for edging curved geometrical shapes such as a circle, or for outlining small flower shapes. It is attractive in white thread on a colored background and is useful for decorative purposes on objects that do not have to be laundered. (The Stitches of Creative Embroidery, J. Enthoven, 1964, p. 142). 1, record 35, English, - rosette%20chain

Suggestions.
