Record 1 2016-02-29

English

Subject field(s)
  • Commercial and Other Bodies (Law)
OBS

An instrument of incorporation; a document giving certain rights and privileges contingent upon the fulfilment of related obligations ... the term "municipal charter" signifies the creative act, general or special, setting up the municipal corporation together with all other laws and constitutional provisions privileges, liabilities, and immunities of the municipal corporation.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Organismes commerciaux ou non (Droit)
OBS

In the case of an oral, sometimes called a nuncupative, will the courts must be satisfied as to the exact words used, or at least as to their substance, and that it was the deceased's intention to make a disposition on his death.

DEF
