Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors are members of rhodopsin-like G-protein coupled receptor family. They play several important roles; they mediate many of the effects of acetylcholine in the central and peripheral nervous system and modulate a variety of physiological functions, such as airway, eye and intestinal smooth muscle contraction, heart rate and glandular secretions. The receptors have a widespread tissue distribution and are a major drug target in human disease. They may be effective therapeutic targets in Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 1, record 17, English, - muscarinic%20receptor

3, record 30, French, - malathion

This was a fast-acting liquid poison injection system comprising a number of small tanks containing gadolinium nitrate solution which were connected to perforated Zircaloy in-core injection tubes. The top of each poison tank was connected to high pressure helium storage tanks via an array of valves which were opened on a trip signal, thereby pressurizing the poison solution and causing it to flow rapidly into the perforated in-core tubes and, hence, into the bulk moderator. 2, record 40, English, - poison%20tank

There are more than 20 radioactive isotopes of iodine. Some very important radioisotopes are found in industry and medicine. I-131 is the dominant radioisotope contributing to internal exposure after a reactor accident, nuclear weapons test or any incident involving fresh fission products. However, short-lived radioisotopes I-132, I-133, I-134, I-135 with half-lives from 52 minutes to 6.7 hours can contribute significantly if the person is in close proximity to a fresh fission product release. 1, record 42, English, - fresh%20fission%20product

Fluoroacetate is also a metabolite of many other fluorinated pesticides and other organic fluoride compounds, such as those used in anesthetics (i.e. halothane, evoflurane, etc), or 5-fluorouracil, an agent given in cancer (chemotherapy) treatment, etc. ... Its use has been investigated and employed even in chemical warfare agents. It is the toxic breakdown product of organophosphates. 3, record 57, English, - fluoroacetate

1, record 100, French, - d%C3%A9chet%20particulier
