The Moroccan locust, Dociostaurus maroccanus (Thunberg, 1815), is an average-sized acridian, found in the Mediterranean region in poor, dry habitats that are often degraded by intensive overgrazing. In meteorologically suitable years, outbreaks may occur with phase changes and the formation of hopper bands and swarms. This acridian is thus an important pasture and crop pest. 2, record 1, English, - Moroccan%20locust

8, record 3, Spanish, - acariosis%20traqueal
