Ce système augmente la puissance de freinage quand le conducteur n’ appuie pas assez fort sur la pédale en début de freinage d’urgence. Pour cela, le mouvement du pied sur sa pédale est analysé par deux capteurs, l'un sur la pédale, l'autre au niveau du maître-cylindre du circuit de freinage. Si le mouvement est rapide mais la pression pas assez forte, l'électronique prend le relais en agissant sur le maître-cylindre pour envoyer dans le circuit de freinage la pression maximale et déclencher l'ABS immédiatement.
