The core concept of DNA barcoding is simple—a taxonomically unknown specimen can be identified by sequencing and then comparing a particular DNA region (a barcode) against a reference database containing these same DNA regions for known taxonomy. DNA metabarcoding is a combination of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) and DNA barcoding. Using the same reference databases, this particular approach builds on traditional DNA barcoding but enables simultaneous high-throughput multi-taxa identification by using the extracellular and/or total DNA extracted from complex samples containing DNA from different origins. 3, record 1, English, - deoxyribonucleic%20acid%20metabarcoding

Record number: 27, Textual support number: 2 CONT
The concept of comorbidity is more useful in secondary and tertiary care settings, which have traditionally been structured around diseases or body systems, while the concept of multimorbidity is more useful in a primary care or other generalist setting, which can easily change focus according to patients' priorities. For example, a patient with diagnosed chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes and hypertension, when seeing their nephrologist is considered by the specialist to have chronic kidney disease with comorbidities of type 2 diabetes and hypertension. When seeing their endocrinologist, they are considered to have type 2 diabetes with comorbid chronic kidney disease and hypertension. However, a primary care physician or other generalist such as a geriatrician would view the patient as having multimorbidity as they provide holistic care that is not determined by the presence of any specific condition and focuses on the patient's presenting symptoms, preferences and priorities for their healthcare. 3, record 27, English, - multimorbidity

1, record 76, Spanish, - descolonizaci%C3%B3n

The results showed that railroads had the most market power over long, cross-country moves. However, there were exceptions. Unlike the grain freight market, for frozen freight, the length of haul was less of a determining factor behind truck and rail competition. Across all haul distances, rail demand for frozen products, on average, was more sensitive to changes in rail rates than frozen truck demand was to changes in truck rates. As a result, rail carriers are less likely to hold substantial market power in the frozen freight markets. For frozen freight, trucks compete with rail for shipments, even over long distances. This effect is likely due to frozen freight’s time sensitivity and lower volumes (than grain). These requirements of frozen freight make it more suitable than grain for long-haul trucking. 1, record 98, English, - truck%20and%20rail%20competition
