1, record 1, French, - exposition%20%C3%A0%20la%20violence%20entre%20partenaires%20intimes

[What does one] mean by holding? In psychology, the term has a specific meaning. It describes the way another person, often an authority figure, contains and interprets what's happening in times of uncertainty. Containing refers to the ability to soothe distress and interpreting to the ability to help others make sense of a confusing predicament. Think of a CEO [chief executive officer] who, in a severe downturn, reassures employees that the company has the resources to weather the storm and most jobs will be protected, helps them interpret revenue data, and gives clear directions about what must be done to service existing clients and develop new business. 1, record 3, English, - holding

2, record 7, French, - %C3%A9toile%20guide

Social cohesion refers to the extent of connectedness and solidarity among groups in society. It identifies two main dimensions: the sense of belonging of a community and the relationships among members within the community itself. It stems from a democratic effort to establish social balance, economic dynamism, and national identity, with the goals of founding a system of equity, sustaining the impulses of uncontrolled economic growth, and avoiding social fractures. 2, record 39, English, - social%20cohesion

2, record 93, French, - %C3%A9tat%20de%20mal%20%C3%A9pileptique
