Test de transfert de la T3(Test de Hamolsky) : Il a un double but : mesurer le nombre des sites libres sur la TBG(Thyroxin Binding Globulin), donc le taux de T4 totale présente dans le sérum du malade, mais aussi vérifier la quantité de TBG.(...). Le principe de la méthode est basé sur l'affinité préférentielle de la T4 pour la TBG alors que la T3(tri-iodo-thyronine) est faiblement liée. On ajoute donc une quantité connue de T3 radioactive(T3-I125) qui occupe les sites restés libres de la TBG, tandis que la fraction non liée de la T3 restera dans le plasma et sera récupérée au moyen d’une résine adsorbant la T3 radioactive que l'on pourra facilement évaluer. 1, record 1, French, - test%20de%20transfert%20de%20la%20T3
