4, record 1, French, - lev%C3%A9%20de%20profil%20sismique%20vertical

A medium turn radius well has at least one section with a build rate angle of between 6° and 20° per 100 ft in the rotary mode, and as much as 35° per 100 ft in an oriented mode, in reaching horizontal. The radius of curvature ranges from about 160 up to 1000 feet. 5, record 2, English, - medium%20radius%20horizontal%20well

Medium-radius wells are appropriate for areas that could benefit from horizontal drilling, but where long-radius methods are either unnecessary or impractical, as would be the case when lease boundary restrictions limit the well course. Tree wells are encountered in off-piste or ungroomed trails and on ungroomed piste boundaries. The risk of encountering a tree well is greatest during and immediately following a heavy snowstorm. Low hanging branches can further contribute to forming a tree well, as they efficiently shelter the area surrounding the trunk. Wells have been observed to be as deep as 20 feet.

6, record 14, French, - temp%C3%A9rature%20de%20fond%20de%20trou

Once lowered to the bottom of the interval of interest, the measurements are taken on the way out of the wellbore.
