2, record 18, French, - cancer%20de%20l%26rsquo%3B%26oelig%3Bsophage

Record number: 59, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Since the entire urinary collecting system from renal pelvis to urethra is lined with transitional epithelium, its epithelial tumors assume similar morphologic patterns. They range from small benign papilloma to large invasive cancers. Large papillomas may develop, usually in the bladder, ranging from 1 to 3 cm in diameter. In these, the epithelium is generally somewhat atypical, with some variability in cell and nuclear size and some disarray in the cells' normal relationships to one another. It is this pattern that is called by some "an atypical transitional cell papilloma", whereas others call it a transitional cell carcinoma. 2, record 59, English, - papillary%20transitional%20cell%20carcinoma

90% of neoplasms of the urinary bladder are papillary transitional cell carcinomas. Transitional cell carcinomas range from noninvasive to invasive lesions; from papillary to flat; and from well-differentiated (grade I and II), usually papillary to highly anaplastic, invasive, aggressive carcinomas (grade III), usually flat. Almost 70% of papillary neoplasms are noninvasive and of low cytologic grade; 25 to 30% are invasive and of variable grade of cytologic atypia. 2, record 59, English, - papillary%20transitional%20cell%20carcinoma

3, record 59, French, - carcinome%20papillaire%20transitionnel

Ovarian mucinous tumors are either benign or malignant. Grossly, they tend to produce large cystic masses often multiloculated, and filled with gelatinous fluid. Histologically, the tumors are lined by tall, columnar epithelium showing apical mucinous vacuolation. In cystadenocarcinoma, the papillary projections are more numerous, mural nodules are present, and epithelial cells show atypia and invade the capsule. Borderline tumors have similar atypia but are noninvasive. 2, record 81, French, - carcinosarcome

Squamous cell carcinoma is a cancer that originates in the squamous cells (keratinocytes). Squamous cells (keratinocytes) are the main structural cells of the epidermis. Squamous cell carcinoma usually develops on sun-exposed areas but may grow anywhere on the skin or in the mouth, where sun exposure is minimal. It may develop on normal skin but is more likely to develop in precancerous skin growths caused by previous sun exposure (actinic keratosis). Squamous cell carcinoma is characterized by its thick, scaly, irregular appearance. 5, record 82, English, - squamous%20cell%20carcinoma

4, record 97, French, - carcinome%20%C3%A9pidermo%C3%AFde
