The Urban Transportation Development Corporation was a corporation created in the 1979s by the Government of Ontario, Canada, to develop transit vehicles for the province's public transit authorities; largely this work would be for the province's largest authority, the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) for whom the H4/H5 subway cars and ALRV streetcars were manufactured for. L'UTDC ou Urban Transportation Development Corporation était une société canadienne créée dans les années 1970 par le gouvernement de la province d’Ontario. L'usine de l'UTDC se trouvait à l'ouest de Kingston.
