The Strategic Planning and Coordination Division provides planning and administrative services to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) of the Government of Canada. In support of this role, the division develops the strategic and business plans, documents and reports that articulate the CIO Branch's role, strategic directions and accomplishments, and provides comprehensive secretariat support to the senior inter-departmental committees leading the Government's service transformation agenda. The Strategic Planning and Coordination Division directs the administration of the Branch's financial, material and human resources activities, and is responsible for coordinating events and providing liaison services for the CIO and DCIO. La Division de la planification stratégique et de la coordination fournit des services de planification et des services administratifs au Dirigeant principal de l'information(DPI) et au Co-dirigeant principal de l'information(Co-DPI) du gouvernement du Canada. À l'appui de ce rôle, la Division élabore les plans, documents et rapports stratégiques et opérationnels qui définissent le rôle, les orientations stratégiques et les réalisations de la Direction du dirigeant principal de l'information(DDPI), et fournit un soutien administratif complet aux comités supérieurs interministériels qui gouvernent le programme de transformation des services gouvernementaux. La Division de la planification stratégique et de la coordination dirige l'administration des activités de la Direction liées aux finances, au matériel et aux ressources humaines, et est chargée de coordonner les événements et de fournir des services de liaison au DPI et au Co-DPI.
