Ce sens de "naturalisation" n'est pour le moment pas attesté dans les dictionnaires généraux ou spécialisés, ni en anglais ni en français. Un urbaniste à la ville de Montréal, nous a dit avoir déjà vu le terme "renaturaliser" (dans le sens de "redonner à un site son caractère naturel"), mais il n'est pas certain que ce terme soit bon; il pourrait, en outre, signifier "naturaliser une deuxième fois", ce qui n'est pas juste. En attendant de trouver une expression consacrée, on peut penser à d'autres périphrases.
