Fisher LAtest-ASO kit measures Antistreptolysin O (ASO) by latex agglutination in two minutes. Principle: Streptolysin O (SO) is linked to carboxylated polystyrene latex. Latex reacts immunologically with ASO antibody present in patient's serum with visible results.
