CONT

A program-based approach requires systemic planning involving the collaboration of different players. Discussions and cooperation between teachers and other education specialists, in particular, make it possible to share a common understanding of the program and its educational aims. In terms of evaluation, synergy fosters objective professional judgment by confirming perceptions and practices and the understanding of expected performance levels. A shared vision facilitates the sharing of responsibilities among the members of the program team. Training is more meaningful for students when teachers share the same vision and when relationships are established between competencies throughout the learning process.
