Ce sont les différentes valves de la nourrice (le réservoir principal dans lequel tous les autres réservoirs se transfèrent et à partir duquel sont alimentés les réacteurs). Ces valves correspondent à différents niveaux de remplissage de ce réservoir, donc de transfert des autres réservoirs.Il y a deux nourrices par avion, correspondant à un demi avion, chacune indépendante de l'autre. Ce genre d'alimentation permet d'isoler un demi circuit en cas de degâts et par les valves de transfert d'alimenter les deux réacteurs, qui en temps normal ont chacun une alimentation indépendante.. Il y a les valves bas niveau, niveau moyen et haut niveau.
