La mise au point d'un biocapteur associant dans sa conception un faisceau de fibres optiques connecté à un tube photomultiplicateur (transducteur) et un système enzymatique bioluminescent immobilisé (biorécepteur) est décrite. La spécificité du biocapteur étant définie par la nature du système bioluminescent immobilisé, l'utilisation du système couple luciférase-oxydoréductase de V. fischeri ou de V. harveyi permet la micro-détermination du NADH sur respectivement quatre et trois décades de concentration en dessous de un micromolaire. Les performances et la fiabilité du biocapteur sont conditionnées de façon déterminante par la stabilité du biorécepteur (Source : base de données PASCAL).
