BOOTCAMP [1 record]

Record 1 2013-06-25

English

Subject field(s)
  • Physical Fitness Training and Bodybuilding
CONT

Boot camp workouts usually include an intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements. In every boot camp class I’ve taken, classes have included pull-ups, push-ups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Boot camp is essentially based on interval training - bursts of intense activity alternating with those of lighter activity. The instructor's goal is to provide a total body workout for participants.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Conditionnement physique et culturisme
CONT
