The Canada - Southern Cone Environmental Technology (CANSCET) Initiative is program sponsored by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) through its Canada-Southern Cone Technology Transfer Fund. CANSCET will be administered by Environment Canada through a "Team Canada" approach-a partner with Industry Canada and the International Development Research Centre's (IDR) Regional Office for Latin American and the Caribbean.
