Water and Sewer Pipeline Rehabilitation. Silentec's STARCTM system is in the forefront of pipeline trenchless technology. STARCTM is an acronym for Systems to Test, Analyse and Rehabilitate Conduits. STARCTM equipment is inserted into a pipe to perform in-pipe tests to assess structural capacity and identify hidden defects in addition to pipe rerounding and grouting.
