The Renfrew County Community Care Access Centre: provides information, health and support services; works in partnership with community; services provided by CCAC staff and by contracted agencies ; funded by the Ministry of Health ; governed by a Board of Directors . Provide Ontarians with fair and equitable access to community-based services so that Ontarians are better able to remain in their home and/or desired community.
