The Litigation Practice Management Centre supports the Assistant Deputy Attorney General (Civil) in the delivery of litigation services by in-house counsel and legal agents. As such, this group looks after the development and management of the civil component of the Agent Affairs Program and provides operational support in relation to the appointment and remuneration of civil legal agents.

Le Centre de gestion de la pratique du contentieux des affaires civiles permet au sous-procureur général adjoint (contentieux des affaires civiles) de s'acquitter de ses fonctions en fournissant des services de contentieux assurés par ses propres avocats et par des mandataires. Il s'occupe à ce titre du développement et de la gestion du volet civil du Programme des mandataires et fournit du soutien opérationnel à l'égard de la nomination et de la rémunération des mandataires.
