L'introduction de la chromatographie capillaire électrocinétique micellaire par Terabe et al. en 1984 [...] a représenté un développement important de la technologie d'électrophorèse capillaire. Le principe majeur de cette technologie est basé sur le partage du soluté entre la phase micellaire et la solution. Une espèce chargée qui peut interagir avec des molécules neutres est ajoutée au tampon de séparation pour former un complexe avec l'analyte.
