Elle atteint 30 à 90 cm de haut, ses folioles serrées rectangulaires d'aspect coriace sont au toucher fines comme du papier. Les coloris vont du marron au vert métallique mordoré. Espèce unique sans autres variétés ou cultivars, fait une très belle plante d'intérieur.
