The Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Division (LRAD) is a centre of expertise with the mandate to review, monitor, lead and co-ordinate legislative and regulatory activities across the Health Portfolio. The division identifies emerging issues and develops policies to ensure that legislation evolves in a way that responds to social, legal and technical realities.
