EQUILIBRE REFLEXIF [1 record]

English

Subject field(s)
  • Ethics and Morals
CONT

Reflective equilibrium has been recognised as a useful concept for bioethics because accounts from "the top" (principles and rules) and "the bottom" (cases and judgements) both need supplementation. This holds resonance for ethics review where decisions are reached by reviewers going back and forth between rules (principles and procedure) and particular cases (applications for review).

CONT
