On voit le plus souvent les expressions avant-après et prétest-post-test avec un trait d’union, mais cette graphie est discutable. En effet, le trait d’union sert à créer une apposition (mot composé) dans un rapport de coordination (avion-citerne) ou de subordination (auto-école), alors qu’en fait il s’agit ici d’une mise en relation : avant par rapport à après.
