Timber Valuation. An intermediate to advanced seminar designed to apply valuation techniques learned in A-20 and A-30 to timber properties. Appraisal procedures and techniques are addressed emphasizing market extraction for all components used in the approaches to value. This seminar provides practical application through the use of a case study, drill problems, and group discussions.
