In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a nuclear safety requirement and the National Building Code, 1995, the National Fire Code, 1995, or official or other direction received from CNSC staff, the licensee shall direct the conflict or inconsistency to the Commission, or a person authorized by the Commission, for resolution.
