This project established a decentralized inventory of Aboriginal people for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to use for staffing summer, term and casual positions. The project also helped departmental employees become more aware of Aboriginal culture, and increased the interest of Aboriginal people in Citizenship and Immigration as an "employer of choice." Ce projet a servi à établir un répertoire décentralisé d'Autochtones auxquels Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada peut faire appel pour doter des emplois d'été, des postes de durée déterminée et des postes temporaires. Il a en outre sensibilisé les employés du ministère à la culture autochtone en plus d'accroître l'intérêt des Autochtones envers le ministère comme «employeur préféré».
